By creating an account, registering, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using Deutsch Lernen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services may include quizzes, multimedia learning modules, reading materials, writing prompts and submissions, listening exercises, progress history, optional push notifications, in-app support tickets, website login and registration, financial report views, subscription information, and paid subscription plans. Features available to you depend on your account type, plan, region, device, app version, and administrator configuration.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password and device secure. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt servers or payment systems, upload harmful content, misuse APIs, scrape the Services in a harmful way, reverse engineer the app except where law allows, or use the Services for unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or infringing purposes.
Content you submit, including quiz answers, writing submissions, files, images, audio, and support messages, remains your responsibility. Authorized administrators may review learner content for teaching, grading, moderation, support, and security purposes.
Scores, feedback, progress indicators, and explanations are provided for learning support only. They are not official language certificates, immigration credentials, employment qualifications, or professional licensing documents unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Some features require a paid plan. Prices, duration, included features, and taxes where applicable are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payments are completed through a bank, payment institution, hosted checkout page, or licensed payment processor. Card and authentication data are collected only by that provider, not by us. Successful payments unlock access for the stated period.
Paid plan purchases are final. If you delete your account, stop using the Services, cancel access, or do not use the remaining paid period, Deutsch Lernen will not refund the money or provide a partial refund, credit, cash return, or account balance return, except where a refund is required by mandatory applicable law.
The Services rely on third parties such as hosting providers, email delivery services, payment processors, Google Firebase for push notifications, YouTube for embedded videos, analytics tools, security tools, and document-rendering libraries. Their terms and privacy notices may apply when you use those features.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, how long it is retained, your rights, international transfers, payments, notifications, and embedded media. We may update the Services or these Terms. If you continue using the Services after updates take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Services and request account deletion where available. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, if payment fails or is reversed, if abuse is detected, or if continued provision would create undue risk. Upon termination, access may end and data may be deleted or anonymized subject to law, the Privacy Policy, accounting requirements, and legitimate security needs.
The app, branding, website, and learning materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for private learning. The Services are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
